HOW MUCH DOES BOOTCAMP COST?
SHF Boot Camp deals for 2012:
12 month Membership [non-foundation members] – $1050
12 month Membership [foundation members] – $900
- unlimited training sessions [some conditions apply]
- regular health evaluations & fitness tests
- nutritional pack [ eating plan & food tips]
- 4 x 45 minute sports massages
- 8 weeks suspension possible [minimum 1 week at any time]
6 month Membership [non-foundation members] – $600
6 month Membership [foundation members] – $500
- unlimited training sessions [some conditions apply]

- nutritional pack [ eating plan & food tips]
- 2 x 45 minute sports massages
- 4 weeks suspension possible [minimum 1 week at any time]
4 week bootcamp package – $170
- 3 x 1 hour training sessions a week for 4 weeks

- if you miss a session you forfeit that session
[no make-up sessions]
Boot Camps will re-commence in 2012 on January 30
We will still be running 4 week blocks but there will be no breaks between bootcamps this year.
So boot camp will be running every week from January 30
WHAT ARE SUPERHEALTH FITNESS BOOTCAMPS ?
Boot Camp is an outdoor training program designed to challenge all aspects of your health and fitness.
These 4 week programs of intense training will help you lose weight, tone up and get fit!
BootCamp is designed for people of all fitness levels. You will be put through a range of workouts by our fitness leaders, who are motivated to help you achieve your goals.
SuperHealth Fitness Boot Camp incorporates fitness instruction in exercises such as push ups, jumping jacks, sit-ups, running, boxing and many more activities.
It also incorporates a nutritional plan at the start of camp and most importantly we give you that extra motivation to push yourself harder than you have before.
It is the ultimate jump start program, which is designed to get the results.
WHY PARTICIPATE IN BOOTCAMP?
At BootCamp everyone is there for the same reason and that is to get the results
- and get them fast.
It is fun and a very enjoyable way to workout with a lot more variety.
BootCamp is very affordable for everyone and great value for money.
WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR BOOTCAMP SESSION?
You will need to wear running shoes and clothing that you’re comfortable wearing for exercise and that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. You also need to bring a bottle of water and a towel.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO DO BOOTCAMP?
No, Boot Camp is suitable for all fitness levels!
On the first and last day of Boot Camp we put all recruits through a fitness assessment to gauge your fitness level and to see the improvements that you have made by the end of the camp.
WHAT SORT OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT TO ACHIEVE?
Boot Camp will bring you an increase in fitness and muscle tone and lower your body fat. Other benefits are an increase in energy and awareness, more motivation and confidence and at the end of your day you will get a better nights sleep.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
The session will still take place.
If there is any change to your BootCamp schedule you will be contacted by the
SuperHealth Fitness team.
WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE A SESSION?
You will forfeit the session. You are paying for the program as a whole and if you cannot attend or don’t show we do not make up sessions or provide refunds.
SuperHealth Fitness BootCamps have been operating very successfully since July 2009.
They have been so well supported that we had to add additional sessions for 2011
to try to accommodate the numbers of people wanting to enrol – DON’T MISS OUT !
